Who We Are

In 1953 in an old roadhouse in Greensboro, North Carolina, Luke and Elizabeth Conrad began a journey in the seafood industry that would span more than 67 years and evolve into a restaurant chain with multiple locations throughout the southeast.
Luke Conrad and later his son Ken Conrad focused on growing restaurants through direct sourcing.  They set up a distribution network and purchased their product directly from fishermen.  In 2008, Justin Conrad furthered his family’s commitment to the industry and established a seafood distribution arm of his own, Bay Hill Seafood Sales. Bay Hill Seafood Sales serves both the foodservice and retail sectors and offers staples such as shrimp, Tilapia, flounder and mussels along with other delicacies from the sea.  With Justin Conrad as President, Bay Hill Seafood Sales now supports multiple major warehouses and has nationwide distribution.  Sourcing sustainable seafood from all over the world and advancing the U.S. restaurant industry are the lifeblood of the Conrad legacy and the mission of the company.
Our seafood is shipped straight from one of our 5 distribution centers on the East coast and then shipped directly to our customer.
