Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST for arrival the next business day with the exception of no delivery on Mondays. We process orders Monday through Friday with delivery Tuesday through Friday. Rural address deliveries may be later in the day. We are unable to ship to Post Office Box addresses.
Holiday Shopping Schedule 2020
In observance of the many National Holiday and our shipping carrier’s schedules, we will not be shipping orders for delivery on the following dates:

All orders are delivered with no signature required for your convenience. Packages can be left at an exterior door or exterior location. Once your package is delivered it is the recipient’s responsibility and we are not responsible for shipments that are stolen from residence after delivering.
You will be provided a tracking number via email after checkout. Please make sure the email given on ordering is a valid email for you to receive shipping information.
Total shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and weight of package. 100% of our orders are shipped from North Carolina using overnight shipping.
All the product we ship is perishable so accurate shipping information is essential. We are not responsible for incorrect address information. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other natural acts that are out of our control.
Customers are held responsible to input their correct shipping address. Our website is equipped with UPS Address Validation, but it is the customer’s responsibility enter the address correctly. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Zip Code. Once the shipment has been picked up by UPS, there will be a $15 address change fee to update the corrected address once the order is in UPS’s possession. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
All orders are packed in an insulated packaging box, a freezer pack and dry ice to ensure that your order remains frozen or chilled during shipment and all shipping containers are clearly marked perishable. Dry ice is very cold and can be harmful to the touch. Heavy duty gloves are recommended when handling dry ice. If there is any remaining dry ice in the cooler when your shipment arrives, please dispose of with caution. Just leave in the original cooler or place outside in a safe place, and it will evaporate within a few hours. Please keep all dry ice away from children and pets.
Dry ice dissipates during shipping without excessive moisture. If your order arrives without any remaining dry ice, and is still cold to the touch, the quality is not diminished. Your products can simply be placed in the refrigerator or freezer. If your order arrives warm to the touch, contact us at (336) 294-0505.
Bay Hill Seafood is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase is not correct, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. However, the shipping of the order is non-refundable. In the event we made an error, or our shipper made an error, we will promptly return your purchase price (less all shipping charges).
