21/25 Red Shrimp, Headless, Shell-On
Our shrimp have delicate texture and a sweet taste. These tender shrimp require minimal cooking and are beautiful just lightly grilled or sautéed in a pan over low heat. They can be used for a variety of dishes such as salads, scampi, and kebabs. Serve them steamed with cocktail sauce or drawn butter or lightly breaded in the deep fryer.
This type of shrimp cook very fast, usually half the cooking time of regular shrimp. If overcooked they become too soft. Do not overcook.
